Women volunteers from Sacyr collaborate with Plan International

Over the course of six sessions, several women volunteers from Sacyr shared their time and experiences with young who had recently graduated college and interested in pursuing careers in technological fields.

This project, Women4IT helps unemployed women or women at risk of social exclusion develop their digital skills and thus, increase their chances at finding new jobs.

This training, consequence of a commitment between the Sacyr Foundation and the non-profit Plan International, seeks to empower women in IT and work towards greater social and labor inclusion.
