The Sacyr Foundation has collaborated with Fundación Down Madrid to have a teambuilding day with our Innovation department, as there is no better way to get to know each other than having some time away from the office. The day consisted of a health-themed gymkhana and a workshop on prehistory with Fundación Down Madrid.
During the tests, that included 20 users from Down Madrid and 20 Sacyr collaborators, they had aiming games, a ‘Pasapalabra’ game, and a bowling game. The prehistory workshop involved archaeological reproductions describing key historic points.
This activity served as a teambuilding day for the Innovation department to become better acquainted with each other outside the workspace. In addition, this activity dedicated to social inclusion allowed Down Madrid users to have a chance to spend a fun, different day and meet new people.
