Alba María Pérez, from the Sacyr Foundation, accepted the acknowledgment at an event held yesterday afternoon, recognizing our ongoing support to Aldeas Infantiles SOS over the past few years.
Currently, we collaborate with this organization through the "Emergency at Home" project. The aim of the project is to promote the overall well-being and positive development of children, youth, and their families in vulnerable situations by providing financial support, basic necessities, and encouraging access to essential services.
Through "Emergency at Home," assistance is provided to meet basic needs like food, hygiene, and healthcare, ensuring that children and their families have access to nutritious food, cleaning supplies, and primary medical care.
In addition, the program offers financial support for health-related expenses, educational assistance, guidance and psychological support for families in crisis, and help during energy-related emergencies.
Thanks to the support of the Sacyr Foundation, Aldeas Infantiles SOS is able to directly assist 133 children and indirectly benefit 400 people.
