With the aim of supporting the education of our youths or redirecting their career, four young people visit Sacyr’s offices once a week in the framework of a collaboration between the Sacyr Foundation and Fundación Exit. During their visit, four volunteers discuss career options with them, or which jobs are in demand.
One of them currently studies a computer science course, but due to personal reasons, he found his calling in healthcare. Today, to delve deeper into that subject, he visited Infanta Cristina University Hospital in Parla. His mentor in the program, Ángel Prieto, from Sacyr’s Safety and Health Department, took him on a tour of the hospital, managed by Sacyr Concesiones, to show him the different professions in the center.
During the visit, they were assisted by: Violeta Paniagua, manager of the Sociedad Concesionaria del Hospital de Parla, and Beatriz Aranda, production manager of Sacyr Services. Brian Mendez, the young man from Fundación Exit, was very grateful and said “I really enjoyed the visit and it will help me reflect on my future”.
