The Sacyr Foundation and Eurofirms Foundation organized a escape room activity with 27 people from Fundación Railes, working with people with intellectual disabilities and Fundación Down.
During the course of the activity, the participants split into teams to find the clues, solve the puzzles and escape the room before the 60-75 minute time limit was up.
The goal of this activity was to give our professionals the opportunity to have a different experience with people with disabilities, help empower them and participate in their inclusion.
First-hand experiences help volunteers become inclusive culture agents within their organizations.
