The Fundación Down Madrid has visited Sacyr’s headquarters at Condesa de Venadito, where they set up a booth to sell eco-friendly farmers goods from their urban garden.
To celebrate Sustainable Gastronomy Day, the Sacyr Foundation set up an organic fruits and vegetables pop-up store at one of the offices in Madrid. The goods were grown at the Fundación Down’s urban garden, and the users of this foundation sold to Sacyr staff some of these crops, which included apricots, zucchinis, lettuce, and aromatic plants.

The Sacyr staff at our headquarters in Madrid had the chance to purchase local, organic products, which also included insect hotels and grafting tools. The initiative was a total success, and from Down Madrid they say: “we will come back soon, due to the great demand and implication of all Sacyr workers”.
