On April 3rd, the closing ceremony of Coach Project by the Exit Foundation was held at the Matadero in Madrid. Coach project was a corporate volunteering initiative supported by the Sacyr Foundation.
This volunteering initiative aims to guide and motivate young people in situations of social vulnerability who come from a background of academic failure through coaching and mentoring.
And that is precisely what a group of volunteer employees from our company has done with students who have come to our offices several times to receive that guidance and support.
The mission of the Exit Foundation is to reduce early school dropout rates among young people in situations of social vulnerability through innovative, scalable training projects that provide added value to companies, enhance networking, and promote job placement.
