Once again, the Sacyr Foundation collabs with Fundación Exit, that works to prevent young boys and girls from dropping out of school and support their continuous training. With the support of six Sacyr volunteers, six boys and girls will learn how work life is like at Sacyr, how the organization works, what the day to day is like, and what skills are most valued to find the best talent.
This edition of the program was inaugurated with a visit from the boys and girls to Sacyr’s headquarters at Condesa de Venadito, where they met their future mentors and learned about the company’s business divisions and their work.
After introductions, the volunteers commented on how this is also an enriching experience for them. Marta Panadero, one of the volunteers said: “Getting involved in these initiatives, that aim to create a positive impact on society is very rewarding. Moreover, I am proud to be part of a company that takes a stand on these issues”.
