Eleven Sacyr volunteers have participated in an initiative by Fundación Exit, where young kids at risk of social exclusion in need of career and personal advice prevent them from dropping out of school.
This program has already had several editions with great reception among mentors and mentees.
The students sponsored by Fundación Exit came to the Sacyr headquarters to learn what the day-to-day in a big company is like. They learned about high-demand profiles and how to approach job interviews.
In the latest edition, six Sacyr volunteers had a farewell day at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium with their mentees and participated in some fun activities together.
After the meeting, the volunteers said that it was a very enriching experience to them. One of the mentors, Marta Panadero, said: “Getting involved in this kind of initiatives that have a positive impact on society is so important. I am proud of being part of a company that cares about these issues”.
