Thank you for donating to buy oil for the Food Bank!

The campaign, running between May 20 and 31, raised 1,065 euros to meet the request from this organization for 65,000 liters of olive oil to distribute to nearly 130,000 people at risk of social exclusion in the Community of Madrid.

We want to thank you for responding so warmly to our call to collaborate with the Madrid Food Bank, which requested help through the Sacyr Foundation to buy olive oil.

All the funds raised will be used to purchase oil and will ensure supply for everyone for at least 2 months.

Oil is one of the basic food items that the Madrid Food Bank distributes to people in poverty and vulnerability in this autonomous community.

Oil is one of the products that has increased in price the most in recent months. Although they purchase it directly from the source to optimize the price, it is increasingly difficult to obtain sufficient quantities to ensure its distribution.
