We restore corals on an island in Colombia

Thanks to the Sacyr Foundation, we have signed an agreement with Ecodique (Ecosistemas del Dique) to support the work of the Barú Arte Natural Corporation, which focuses on coral conservation on Barú Island (off the coast of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia).

This collaboration includes the use of a 22-foot boat with two engines to travel farther and faster, five diving kits, and two dive computers to monitor each immersion.

This project is part of the "A Coral Always Alive" program. Our goal is to create new marine ecosystems by planting 100,000 corals.

We also promote ecotourism to develop conservation strategies, environmental education, and local development, contributing to the project's sustainability.
