The Association Manos de Ayuda Social works to help in the social integration of people who, for personal or work reasons, are going through hardship or disadvantage.
From their warehouse in Vallecas and their kitchens, they strive each day to feed anyone who comes for a meal. Additionally, they work for the labor insertion of their users by offering them training for interviews and how to create a resume, with the assistance of volunteers with expertise in HR.
Each day, Rut, one of the coordinators of this center, and the entire team of Manos de Ayuda Social, work together so that the organization can open its doors every day.
