The Sacyr Foundation team, along with the Diversity department, has participated this week in the working groups of the Sustainable Development Goals of Asociación Innicia.
This is a non-profit organization that promotes innovative initiatives that address specific social needs.
Innicia invited us to be part of the SDG-Lab initiative, subsidized by the Ministry of Social Rights and the 2023 Agenda, which consists of organizing and holding working groups to launch objectives related to the SDGs.
The first one it has started with is SDG 5 "Gender equality and women's empowerment".
SDG-Lab's goal is to promote the creation of a social innovation laboratory where third sector entities, public administrations, companies, universities, and civil society collaborate in the development of innovative initiatives to contribute to achieving the country's challenges of the 2030 Agenda.
Based on research carried out by Innicia, SDG-Lab members will generate six innovative initiatives so that, with the support of the entities that are part of the SDG-Lab, they can lead and implement them. In 2024, we will work with SDG 5, and each year we will progress with a different one.
