The Sacyr Foundation has signed a collaboration agreement with Fundación Aladina to help children and adolescents with cancer and their families at three Madrid hospitals.
This way, the Sacyr Foundation adheres to Fundación Aladina’s program that provides emotional support to children with cancer, under the motto “So that children with cancer never lose their smiles”.
“We are proud to be able to participate in a program like this one, that helps children who fight this disease bravely. Children are most valuable to any society, and with this collaboration we want to continue offering care and protection to the youngest”, said Manuel Manrique, Chairman of Sacyr.
This agreement is aligned with the Sacyr Foundation’s work to promote projects that support children, education, culture and the environment and create value to the communities where the Group has activity. This work also takes place within the framework of the 2020 Global Company Plan, Sacyr Group’s new Corporate Social Responsibility Plan.
Fundación Aladina celebrates its 12th birthday. For more than a decade they have kept helping children and adolescents with cancer, and their families and putting new projects in motion. This organization, led by Paco Arango is present in 12 hospitals in Spain and more than 1,500 children benefit from their programs.
