Pachacamac Children’s Village was built near Lima, the Peruvian capital, between 1997 and 2004. The Village has 10 SOS homes that home 52 children and has its own sports court, where the children can play and have fun. There are also small animals, and a small garden where the mothers grow vegetables to cook. The children and Aldeas Infantiles’ employees go to kindergarten, schools, healthcare centers and local shops, to favor the children’s adequate development and integration in the community.
This collaboration agreement aligns with the Sacyr Foundation's work to promote projects to support children, education, culture, sports and the environment, which create value for the communities where the Sacyr Group has activity.
Aldeas Infantiles is an organization whose goal is to assists children and youths in vulnerable situations and encourage their development and autonomy, by giving them protection in family environments and by strengthening their family, social and community relationships.

We have collaborated in the funding of an emergency aid kit for children, youths and their families, centered on covered their basic needs, reduce the digital gap and reinforce psychological, social and emotional support.
