In the last few weeks, we organized three volunteering activities with the Sacyr Foundation.
One of them was a magic workshop in collaboration with Abracadabra, which took place on June 2 at the Goya Nursing Home with Magician Carlos Adriano. We had 13 volunteers and 30 residents of the center. At the Sacyr Foundation, we assist the elderly by helping the magicians from the Abracadabra Foundation conduct workshops in occupational centers, nursing homes, and day centers for the elderly.
On June 29, we organized a seabed cleanup with the Buceo Melilla Association, with more than 60 volunteers, in the marine environment of Aguadú and Horcas Coloradas.
This initiative, which has been carried out for 10 years, allowed us to remove 450 kilos of waste this time, mainly old debris.
Additionally, on June 30, we did a volunteer activity with DogPoint at their farm in La Cardosa, Madrid.
During this event, we participated in a training class, walked with the puppies, and received training on autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Fourteen volunteers attended, including employees and their families.
